Additional Costs

Item prices are indicated in US Dollars ($). The displayed prices do not include packaging and shipping costs. Packaging cost per standard box of 23" by 16" by 18" is KES 200 (USD 2.85). We will notify you about the total fees through the email address you provide.

Currently, we process orders of total worth $1000 minimum.

Payment terms

Currently, we do not accept online (web-based) credit card payment processing. All payments are done by wire transfer in US dollars or Euro. You will be required to pay 50% deposit before your order is processed. The balance is payable upon presentation of the documents.

Product Description

While our product descriptions are as accurate as possible and we provide large pictures to enable you to make an informed decision, do not hesitate to request for more pictures prior to placing an order. You may also email us for any special order not described in this website.

Returns and Refund

We have a quality assurance system to ensure that before a product leaves our showroom, it is not damaged and is of high quality. As such we do not accept any returns nor promise refunds for products damaged in the course of shipping.
